Could you, irrespective of race, display a "Lawn Jockey" figure on the lawn?

For those born half century too late or too "politically correct", ie a lawn jockey is a picture of feet, literally, a Black Jockey. It was so popular as garden gnomes in the first half of the 20th century, and remained until the politically correct transformed into an endangered species. So, really, Is it a job? Why or why not?

If I had a house right kind, was sure that local people color my house burns down, so why not? I think they are cute. I mean, many Black people still show ancient statues in their homes?
