
Starting a business landscape consultancy: What homeowers want to know about your landscape?
I am a gardener 10 years experience working in all types of properties from small homes to 1 collections of internationally renowned museums. I want to share my experience in working with owners to help improve and maintain their landscapes. Currently, I write a newsletter that covers seasonal maintenance tasks, pests and diseases, and design ideas. I make assessments of existing landscapes, quality control for new installations (you'd be surprised how many things can go wrong!) And provide gardening lessons. I do not act as a contractor in the workplace as referer or liaison between my clients and landscapers. We had an interior design business in LA for 30 years and has offered a similar service. Some of our customers may simply not mean $ 30,000 to $ 50,000 for a total plan of the room, so it offers a service where we designed a plan based on your lifestyle, needs and desires. We made drawings with examples of areas of color, choice of fabric, wood tones, window treatments and floor that could make them, since it purchased the items. About 80% of our business comes from referrals from existing customers who wanted to tell the family and friends about where they work for themselves. I taught courses in our local community college and continuing education center for adults has also brought new customers. We also carry out unpaid work as design elements to show the upstart cable television for the end credits. Joining organizations professional is also helpful. I really think that is necessary for the service you wish to offer. Concentrate its marketing efforts on sectors or areas where we see the landscape architecture wrong. My little gun is an excellent example. We have front and back with automatic sprinkler tracks, the Directorate General, erosion problems and everyone is fighting some kind of tree fungus in our liquid amber. I myself have re-planted me 5 before the hill times 8 years, only to suffer the death of the plant biomass. Only one household in the home of the 37 district that has successfully developed a landscape that offers great curb appeal, plant land question law, sun, and the conditions we have. If you have been sending a newsletter on issues that you described to owners in my neighborhood, probably gain customers substanial!
