Parmesan Fish whites are only half an hour to prepare and cook the healthy, quick and easy entry. Foiled hake fillets are an easy way to grill fish without having to watch carefully. WHITE Parmesan Fish
1 1 / 2 pounds white fish fillets, cut into portions
1 cup buttermilk
3 / 4 cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon tablespoons chopped onion
Paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place fish in the bottom of a baking dish. Combine butter, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and onion. Pour mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until fish easily a fork.
